TERMS & CONDITIONS

Item Condition: All products sold on our web site are Brand New (Not Refurbished), Never Used, in original factory box.

Payment Accepted: Visa, Master Card, Solo, Switch, American Express, PayPal, Postal Order, and Cashier's Check.
Note: We ship within 1-2 business days if paid by credit card and PayPal. Back ordered items may need additional 7 - 12 business days to ship. You will be notified if your order is in back order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Ordering: Order securely online or by phone. All items are stocked and we dispatch within 24 hours. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee in the unlikely event that the product is not suitable for your vehicle, please feel free to call without any obligation for advice about any of the above systems

Shipping: via Royal Mail Special Delivery- Next Day B41 or TNT Express 2-3 business day service with Delivery Confirmation.(Depending on weight)

All other Countries: Via TNT Global 3-7 Day Business Sevices. You are responsible for customs tariff of your country if any.

Note: The Shipping & Handling Fee includes shipping cost, packing labor cost, packing box/material cost, and shipping courier's pick up cost.
If available, a tracking number will also be posted with your order status.

Returns and Warranty: We offer 12 month product warranty. This warranty excludes defects or damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect.
Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of your receipt of your order.
Note: You are responsible for the shipping and handling cost to mail the defective parts, returns, exchanges, and items for Warranty back to us and for us to ship them to you. All items should be sent back via Royal Mail-Special Delivery where a signature is required.

Items for return must be in new, uninstalled, unused, re-sellable condition in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Unopened returns are subject to a 17% re-stocking fee.
Opened returns are subject to a 30% re-packing and re-stocking fee.
Returns which are damaged or have parts missing (not caused by shipping process) maybe subject to a greater re-stocking fee or returned to customer.
Shipping and Handling fee is not refundable.

Returns are not acceptable if the packaging is not in its original condition or the item has been used or installed.
International orders are not returnable.

If a domestic or international shipment is refused by the customer or customs and returned back to us, a 17% restocking fee will apply less the shipping cost and any other fees incurred if any to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with us for refused shipments.

Before your return, you must e-mail our Customer Service to get your Return Merchandise Code (RMC#) for your return to be processed.

IMPORTANT: the Wireless Reverse Parking Sensor/ Camera Systems sold and distributed by us are only a device used to assist a driver while parking. They should not be considered as a substitute for driver responsibility when operating a vehicle. No warranty as to operational efficiency is granted. We don't guarantee or assume liability for collisions or damages that take place when manoeuvring your vehicle with the use of our Wireless Reverse Parking Sensor/Camera Systems. We will not be liable for any claims, actions, suit proceedings, costs, expenses, damages or liabilities arising out of the use of this product. By placing an order for the Wireless Reverse Parking Sensor/Camera Systems, customers agree to take full responsibility of use of such a system.
